Our JOURNEY

Meet Chelsie and Mitch, the heart and soul of Next Step Support Services SA, and discover how their journey inspired the birth of this company.

While pursuing our respective studies in Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy, we both ventured into the world of support work. As we provided invaluable support to diverse clients and engaged in meaningful conversations with both clients and their caregivers, a common thread began to emerge.

Together, we identified a noticeable gap within the provider community: the absence of individual and social group activities intricately intertwined with the principles of Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy. 

Our passion for empowering individuals to reach their goals through both individual and group support led us to the realisation that our combined knowledge and experience could make a significant difference. 

In 2023, we officially founded Next Step Support Services SA – a place where expertise meets heart, and the focus is on providing an environment where clients can truly flourish.
