All staff members have a minimum of: Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening, First Aid and Drivers license. 

The cost of our social group is inclusive of the activity. This cost is charged to core funding from social and community participation. The total cost may vary depending on the type of activity. 

We charge in line with the NDIS Price Guide of $1.00  per kilometre while the client is in the car. 

To register for a social group or individual support, please complete a registration form which can be found by click the 3 lines at the top of the page, then select the Services tab and then select Sign up. From there, a member of our team will be in contact to provide further information.  

If you need to cancel your booking, kindly reach out to Next Step Support Services SA through email: admin@nextstepsssa.com.au ensuring that you do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. When the cancellations are made within this time frame, there will be no charge for the session. However, in the event that you fail to cancel your attendance or do so within 48 hours of the programs start time, you will incur the full session charge. 

The ratio of care provided may vary depending on the activity (1:2 support is half of 1:1 support of current NDIS price guideline per hour). If the participant requires consistent 1:1 attention, we strongly advise that participants are accompanied by a  support worker or parent/caregiver.

We will send out weekly invoices for our individual and group activities.
